Before Requesting a Refund
We kindly ask that you:
- Share the issue(s) you are facing and allow us to resolve them.
- Provide feedback that helps us improve our services.
- Explain the reason for your refund request so we can understand your concerns.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions:
- You are within 14 days of your service purchase or subscription start date. (After 14 days, no refunds can be issued.)
- The service provided did not meet the agreed scope or failed to deliver its core promised functions (e.g., updates, backups, security monitoring).
- You have given us a fair chance to resolve your issue(s) through our support team.
- Refunds do not apply to:
- Work already completed or hours already spent on your site.
- Issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or themes outside our control.
- Monthly renewals after services have been rendered.
Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds will be processed as soon as possible.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds typically reappear within 7 business days.
